Larisa and Terri Nunn Collaboration

Not sure why it takes me forever to post news on here. Maybe I spend too much time social networking (lol). Which reminds me, if you haven't already, find me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blah blah blah...

Last September I was honored to to go Hollywood to attend the release party for Berlin's new album, "Animal." It was an amazing honor, especially because my song "Stand Up" is featured on the album (track #9). Terri Nunn has always been an idol of mine and I'm so humbled to say that I now call her a friend. Her interpretation of my song is truly innovative. You have to check it out for yourself! Be sure to download Animal, and go see Berlin on their 2014 tour!

LB Band Version 2.0!

Good morning world. I give you Larisa Bryski version 2.0, introducing our newest official band member, Tommy Armstrong-Leavitt on lead guitar. Come see all five of us rock the Boardwalk with The Motels on 3/26/11! Tommy has been a friend for 20+ years, a colleague, and is easily one of the most BADASS guitarists Northern California has ever seen. We're honored to have him join the family. Visit Tommy on Facebook, or at his online guitar school:

Samantha Layne!

She's here! We are happy to announce the birth of Samantha Layne on July 13th, 2009!! Now that we've had a couple of months to settle into our new life with our gorgeous little girl, we can get back (slowly but surely) to doing what we do best...MAKING MUSIC! Now with a whole new inspiration (smile). Thanks so much to all of you for your support and patience throughout my pregnancy and hiatus. See you soon! -LB

Is it...a BUMP?!?!

Yep. Kinda hard to hide it at this point, so in case you haven't already heard the news...W and I are indeed prego, and are expecting a baby girl in July. Who woulda thought?? I'm currently 8 months along, and although still singing (have a show at the Boardwalk on 6/12, and a few things on the calendar here and there with my good friends in my "No Bozoz" side project), I'm slowly but surely winding down and getting ready for a little hiatus from performing this summer. I want to say THANK YOU to those of you who've been sending love and asking questions and wishing us well. We're grateful to you all and looking forward to meeting our new little rock star. In the meantime, I'm still busy teaching, prepping to run the Skip's Music Stairway to Stardom program, and of course writing songs. Speaking of songs, be sure to check out Berlin's new forthcoming studio album coming out this fall, which will feature my song "Stand Up." Exciting stuff! The L.B. Band will be back in the late summer/early fall of 2009 with new shows and more importantly, NEW MUSIC. So stay tuned! Rock out with your bump out, -LB

2007 is wrapping up...

...and it's been a good year! The band is taking some time off from shows to focus on finishing the new album. It's almost done!! BIG special guests will appear on this one, so stay tuned!

9/30 Show Canceled

Due to a booking conflict, we won't be playing at Bella Bru in Natomas on Saturday, September 30th after all. Bummer! We'll see you on 10/6 at the Boardwalk though!

Well, it's been three years since the last redesign of our's about time for a change! Hope you enjoy. Let us know what you think.
